Scheduling

At Youthful Obsession, we value your time with us, so appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule well in advance, especially before major holidays. Upon scheduling, a credit card number is required to secure your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. Scheduling an appointment confirms your acceptance of this policy.

  • Credit Card Policy: A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely stored in your history file.
  • Consultation Fee: Consultations are $50, which can be applied towards a service purchased on the day of your consultation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee charged to your credit card on file. If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered rendered, and the $50 fee will apply. For Monday appointments, cancellations or reschedules must be made by close of business on Friday to avoid fees.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and time does not allow for the full treatment, the full service amount or the $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

Appointment Reminder Policy

As a courtesy, we send text and/or email reminders 48 hours before your service. If you choose not to provide contact information, we cannot offer reminders. If you do not receive a reminder due to system failure, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.

Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to unwind and complete any required paperwork. Late arrivals may limit your treatment time, as appointments will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, the cancellation policy will apply.

Children

Children under 13 years old are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. We cannot be responsible for your children during your visit.

  • Service Age Restriction: We do not provide services for anyone under the age of 16.

Product Return Policy

We believe in the quality of our products and hope you enjoy them as much as we do. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Some exceptions may apply.

Service Return Policy

All treatments and packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire one year from the purchase date. Unused services in your package will not be refunded.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They are valid for one year from the purchase date.

Referral Policy

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you can give us! If a patient you refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a $25 credit towards any service of your choice. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the love!

Inclement Weather

If inclement weather is forecasted, please call our office to confirm we are open. If we close the office, we will call or text to reschedule your appointment.
